Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Bougière Boutique is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will help initiate a claim with the carrier when possible.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and items so we can assist in resolving the issue.
